When to Engage Us
Engage consuhrtium when executive steering is required to bring clarity, structure, and control to complex transformation situations:
When large-scale transformation initiatives lose momentum, focus, or direction

When executive decisions must be made under high complexity, pressure, or uncertainty
A detailed executive profile outlining background, experience, and typical engagement situations can be provided upon request.
About consuhrtium
I founded consuhrtium based on more than two decades of international leadership experience in technology-driven enterprises, including global CIO responsibilities, board-level roles, and the steering of large-scale transformations in complex multinational environments.
For 23 years, I worked in the automotive industry, including senior leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz, with responsibility for global IT organizations across Europe, Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa.
Earlier career stages include experience in technology start-ups and international software environments, complemented by executive education at IMD Lausanne and the University of St. Gallen.
consuhrtium operates independently and engages selectively.
What consuhrtium stands for
The name consuhrtium is rooted in the idea of a consortium — the deliberate collaboration of organizations, people, and capabilities to achieve outcomes that cannot be reached in isolation.
At the center of this collaboration stands consuhrtium — not as the source of solutions, but as the connecting element that enables them.
We believe that sustainable solutions already exist within organizations, their partners, and their ecosystems. Our role is to connect perspectives, align interests, and create the conditions for these solutions to emerge and take shape.
Transformation succeeds not because answers are imposed, but because the right connections are established and activated.
